Note that purchases over $200 must be verified with proper physical photos of the customer’s ID as well as the card used for purchase before we can process the shipment. Once verified, orders will be shipped out with a signature requirement. No exceptions.

Orders over $150 will automatically have signature requirements and cannot be modified, so please plan accordingly.

Orders placed before 2 pm ET generally ship the same day. In the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day.

We offer two shipping options:  1 – 3 Business Day shipping as well as Express 1 – 2 Business Day shipping. 

Delivery times are based on the distance from our Atlanta warehouse.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information as well as update tracking emails until your order has been delivered.

Please understand that if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged after leaving our facility we are unable to accept any responsibility for the package contents. We do not provide refunds or replacements for orders that are lost, stolen or damaged while in transit. We unfortunately do not take responsibility if USPS or FEDEX delays, damages or loses your package, as it is 100% out of our company’s control. In the event that something happens to your package please contact Route via their mobile app or website.

Standard 3-5 Business Day Shipping:

All orders are insured by the US Post Office and we ONLY ship to your confirmed credit card billing address. No alternate addresses. No exceptions. ALL orders require a signature upon delivery. No exceptions.

You will typically receive your package  7-10 business days from the day you place your order(10-15 business days during COVID). We CANNOT guarantee your exact delivery date. If you have not received your order within 24 hours of your expected delivery date, please contact the US Post Office with your tracking number. They should be able to assist in locating and delivering any missing packages. During holiday seasons or inclement weather, shipping may take slightly longer. Please plan accordingly and order your hair at least 2 weeks prior to your hair appointment.

iBadd is not responsible for and lost packages at the fault of the postal service. If your package ends up lost due to their mistakes, we are not to be held responsible and a refund or replacement is not our responsibility.

International 6-10 Business Day Shipping:

We offer international shipping to most countries. 

 

We utilize FedEx for International shipping. A physical address is required. International shipping can take 6-10 business days before your package is delivered, due to the varied customs regulations determined by your country.

 

The customer is responsible for paying any international customs fees or import duties required upon delivery. These charges are not within our control and we have no way of determining what they may be. Customs policies/fees vary widely from country to country. For more information, we suggest contacting your local customs office. A signature is required upon delivery. No exceptions.
